Bill Frame, President of Frame Custom Homes, is a builder first. He listens to each client’s vision. His focus is always on a customer’s satisfaction. The end result - a custom-built, superior crafted, and customer-focused home he deliveries to every Frame Custom Homes client.
If you ask Bill what he does, he’ll simply say, “I build homes.” While he has been building custom homes in the Okanagan Valley for almost 20 years, it’s the extras he doesn’t talk about. He has judged the Vancouver
Housing Awards and the National Housing Awards; he is a multiple housing award winner, himself; and an everyday husband and dad who loves to get out on the water when he can find the time. Bill also supports three Central Okanagan Bursary and Scholarship Society (COBBS) for students pursuing sciences and the trades, and is a supporter of the Child Advocacy Centre of Kelowna.
On the business side of things, Bill will work with any budget, give customers honest feedback on their plans and how it relates to their budget. He always takes time to cultivate lasting relationships with customers. And Bill is always researching new building techniques and products, while constantly upgrading his skills through building-specific continuing educations programs. Most important to Bill Frame, is accountability and transparency. His belief is that a customer should be involved in all facets of building their home - including everything from budgeting to the finishing details.
